(shed not locked)he has b and e (broken and entered) on other shed and stole a old tv....Sheriff report filed and he has treatned us(sheriff here to hear it) that he will own this property and will live here free for 90 days or more....Wed he called the sheriff and two cars came up because he told them my husband locked him out, not so he had the keys in his hand and my husband opened the door and that to me was a false call to the sheriff office.thank you for your imput, we are kinda of screwed right now till we can get a un lawful detatainer.....he was given several verbal notices and a three day notice which we just took down....he has full acess to our property and this is not what we want....thank you for reading this....sorry forum..

My point is that if you make false statements, especially a promise of money, to induce someone to provide information over the phone, you would potentially be exposing yourself to criminal and civil process (if not liability).
