My brain always seems to go to places that tend to be frightening when it comes to artificial intelligence, though.While I could imagine all the amazing positive possibilities of this technology (think Watson as a replacement for Google or as a means to organize and understand massive quantities of data that we currently can't do), my mind always goes the direction of T2, AI, and all the other sci-fi films . . .Of course, many of the sci-fi technologies from our past are now part of our lives.....So, I wanted to ask everyone about their thoughts.

I guess building relationship via these mediums and with the help of technology (like Skype), he can have these face to face meetings as well, which will make it cost effective.

Just talked to our agent and was told that the seller's agent encouraged us to submit and the seller won't be responding until Monday due to technology constraints.

My concern comes from the gap of home technology that I believe is slowing starting.

It also doesn't work with all HVAC units, and plays funny with multizone systems.I LOVE technology, and reaaaallllly wanted one of these a year ago.

If I had to put on future-vision glasses, I see more push toward green (lower energy use/carbon footprint being a big factor), technology (e.g. applying 'Big Data' to real estate; impacts due driverless cars, etc. etc.), safety and security all being growing areas.

I wasn't able to get the technology to work.

What a great use to technology to allow for even more interaction between BP members and other investors as well.
