There are special permits for farm worker housing, temporary office space, and temporarily living in an RV or MH during construction.  

The knee walls are now supporting most of the roof weight, with most of the temporary roof supoorts gone now.I've been going through taking lots of framing measurements for Sketchup model to give to the city.

The only loophole we have found is if the property taxes are not paid, you can get with the probate folks and tell them the situation and see if they will let you pay the taxes before it is auctioned and you can get some type of temporary deed. 

People will always need to have a place to live and apartments are less or temporary for most Tenants. 

Note: the basement floor is poured concrete, and is uneven in places, where it seems like the soil underneath has washed away and caused the floor to settle in some areas (not a huge concern at this point).I've had a number of contractors and waterproofing companies evaluate the situation and suggest anything from interior water proofing and wall repair (I-beams or carbon fiber straps), to exterior waterproofing and rebuilding the foundation wall.From my research, it doesn't seem that interior waterproofing will solve the problem, and the I-beams are only a temporary fix vs. rebuilding the wall and exterior waterproof.

They were both on disability (his was temporary) so it should have been easy to schedule. 

It's very unlikely that this is just a temporary pause for this market cycle.

I think the higher inventory is temporary.

You can be unemployed and still get a DSCR loan if you have the credit, assets, and down payment.These DSCR loans are only temporary meaning you buy the property and within the first 12-24 months you can refinanace and lower the rate. 

We have both vacationers and temporary/seasonal workers that use these types of rentals.
