Hey BP--I own a duplex in Pittsburgh, PA with an off-street parking pad in an area where off-street parking is at a premium.

Are they looking for a crash pad or a home?

We've probably all heard the oft repeated one about (fill in some current celebrity here) who rents some swanky pad in Beverly Hills or some fancy part of LA and proceeds to completely trash this multi million dollar home.Instead, I'm talking jurisdiction and my point is borne out well by the comments here on page two.

Pet urine in a carpet will affect the pad and subfloor too, so that can become quite costly.

Would it be nice to be able to pad those wholesale deals and collect a huge check?

My main goal for the next few years is to pad our cash flow enough that I am comfortable with my wife leaving her job.

, pad prep, plumbing, can the well service the additional load at peak times, etc.  

Also while inflation may seem to help, If you can brake even after 5 years then you have lost a lot of money in "Inflation Adjusted" dollars.

If you want to use these with a pad make sure you get one approved by the manufacturer, usually very thin rubber or closed cell urethane.

The property has a small covered patio, some grass in the middle, and a small raised concrete pad where the former tenant left a chair, as well as some drought-resistant landscaping.
