I have seen tests come in well over 100Very general range guide of meth contamination: .01ug to 3.5ug=Occasional Meth use in a home, 3.6ug to 15ug- Heavy Meth use in a home, over 15ug generally means Meth was cooked in the home (Meth lab).I would use the results to renegotiate the purchase price of the property.

The landlord was probably first time being landlord, they were really very uptight about keeping the house clean, where we put the shoes, how much we cook, how many time we do the laundry, at the beginning (well, after the contract has already been signed, otherwise I would have changed my mind when I hear this) they even ask if they can make a schedule of my cooking time like what day what time I cook, I guess they wanted to make sure everybody in the house can use the kitchen, but the hell??

This begins to phase out when your income is over $100,000 and completely eliminated if your AGI is $150,000 or more.However, if you provide substantial services to renters that rent your vacation home (i.e. maid service, regular cleaning, cooking, etc.) and it becomes more of a Bed & Breakfast service, then you can classify your vacation rental as active income, subject to the SE tax.
