This was somewhat of a new concept to me because I have always been the type to keep what I am doing to myself, mostly just because I assume most people really don't care...Well, I decided to follow Brandon's model and somehow ended up in a conversation with one of my tenants (with my head stuffed under a sink) about wanting to buy poorly managed buildings in the area and begin to turn the neighborhood around (its a C cluster in a B area).

I'm looking for someone that can do a plain #10 windowless envelope with the persons address and my return address on it, standard forever stamp (no the bulk stamp or print), with a customized letter for each recipient folded up and stuffed into the envelope with matching address.

I've always been obsessed with real estate- my Mom tells me instead of having tea parties with stuffed animals when I was 4 years old, I haggled commercial real estate deals with them.
