I find PropStream to be an amazing tool, however when attempting to import PropStream export into my crm it’s like a square peg into a round hole.

It's free for everyone like Cozy but it has a seemingly robust expense tracker that'll be able to code expenses to different properties and categories to then export to excel for the cpa at the end of the year.

Once finding the lists you can easily export the data to a mailing service of your choosing.

Personally, I'm using propstream and export my lists, then import into my skiptrace service.
