It would be great if they used drones to shut down some of the neighborhood grow operations but I realize there are surveillance limits and it infringes on "rights." . 

A traditionally property manager doesn't insure the properties they manage, but they carry General Liability, Errors & Omissions, Work Comp, Auto, Cyber, etc.

Make sure if you have cameras in a pool or hot tub area to post signs that state the area is under video surveillance.

We also recently installed a CCTV surveillance system around the house.Reason we did it is for convenience and security.
