Southwestern Pennsylvania is an unusual market in this regard -- we experienced a huge quality building boom from 1899-1929.

With the recent increase in people who are moving to Texas, the other markets are experiencing an unusual increase. 

The average days to sell seems to be unusually low.

I am just starting out in real estate, I have a slightly unusual market area and situation that I would like to get some other perspective on.In 2015 I bought my first apartment thinking that I would live there myself.

Based on @Josh Compton and @Eric Black 's ardent responses I am now even more concerned about salacious missives based on my unusually good looking profile pictures.

For us long term buy and hold investors, it would not be unusual for one property's depreciation schedule to have as many  as 10 separate depreciable assets, each with its own depreciation schedule. 

I used to work abandoned properties and found out it is really not that unusual for past due mortgages to go unpaid for years or decades without foreclosure.  

Is this an unusual request? 

In our area it is not unusual for tenants to pay 40-50% of their income toward rent.

It would also be unusual for a title company to open escrow without an executed sales contract.
