Is it possible to dispute them now or what that ship sailed? 

My STR insurance covers my dock and kayaks.

I think I might just buy and ship them a $20 microwave to use until the technician gets out there. 

The reason for this is now that I've done a couple evictions, I can see how the tenant has a dozen 2nd chances to right the ship.

We had some shipping delays on some of the supplies, then storm damage, sub contractors getting sick, etc.

Therefore I buy all supplies on amazon and ship to cleaner.

Probably different depending where you are, and I guess EBay is a viable option for all that...but then there's shipping and insurance....I'm with Jay here, seems like I could just do this all myself. 

A partner ship is my last resort only because I have had bad experiences with them.

In some cases, that might mean you're sitting at home but still considered "in" - my in-service date started in July, but because my training group wouldn't assemble until August, I was home for about a month before I shipped to boot camp.
