I'm assuming letting them source the materials just adds to their mark up and cuts into my profits but in all honesty I'm thinking that might be worth it at least until I get my feet wet and learn for the future. 3.

To be honest I think the "guru equitable interest" ones that are new do more for keeping the commission structure like it is than the NAR does.

I list my own rentals on the MLS and on Craigslist and to be honest, I usually find the right tenants on Craigslist.

Religion aside, if you are polite and honest, I don't see a problem.
