The application can be filled out via phone as well though IMO (i've tried it) - it's a bit tedious - Maybe I'm old school but I can input data many times faster with a keyboard/mouse and a larger screen...Guess if you were using a tablet such as an I-pad it would be a bit easier though.

I will still cash flow with a 8.5% but at a low 9's I would brake even.

It seems like the client has a reasonable fear of being over-charged on the materials end, since shady contractors could simply pad the materials bill.

Can you guys compare your actual occupany of these crash pads to the average occupancy in your area and tell us if they are more or less?
