They have really low reviews and the reddit threads have a lot of individual experiences.They are rated pretty highly on trust pilot, but when I wrote a negative review on trust pilot, they threatened to remove it.

Something big happened in the last year according to the numbers and it looks like a major shifting to states that don’t threaten small business.

Be prepared with being comfortable with threatening to be sued and booting people out that day when they pop positive.

No update, they suppressed the adjusters report until we threatened them with legal action and a never paid my claim. 

Best not to say anything threatening. 

In my books this is a straight up threat and I do not tolerate tenants threatening me.
