@Wayne Brooks is right, the reverse exchange where the intermediary sets up an exchange accommodating title holder to hold title to the new property is a relatively expensive proposition.

This area seems to be a retirement community with the primary businesses being hospitals, restaurants and big box retailers to accommodate the retiree growth, but I do not see any major industries or businesses here.

I read up a little about NC's interpretations of fair housing law about service animal and ESA here https://disabilityrightsnc.org....and seems like it's very pro tenant and ESA where if the LCSW is abusing his/her authority and the landlord has little say in it.Personally I like Airbnb's policy better, a service animal is trained to assist a specific disability and shall be reasonably accommodated
