The landlord doesn't coordinate to fix the electrical outlet in a NNN lease as far as I'm aware of.

IT"S a tough thing to deal with,, we had them in a building,, found out when guy moved and they migrated from his unit to one across common wall,, bug guy said probably thru electrical outlet in wall.We didn't use heat treatment and we treated all apts with common walls to that unit,, total of 4.
