Today the selling agent told my agent that when she called Ocwen to find out the status of the offer, the phone number went to an answering machine that said Ocwen no longer talks to real estate agents?

I had one lady call and leave a nasty message on my machine about a letter she received, and another person called today and left no message.

Vonage is awesome, i have my fax machine hooked up to it as well.

No, we didn't, you better bring (fax machine was still a few years off) a copy over so we can look at the signatures, because they can't be right.Twenty minutes later, she called me and said not to bother, she could tell the signatures weren't ours just by comparing with the signatures on the offer sheet.Long story short, selling agent got canned, her broker begged us not to sue.

Currently I put my money to use in many ways as the owner of a Real Estate Brokerage, PM company, construction company, MLM company, Laundromat, Insurance company & many investments including an entirely new set of income streams coming next month with my pending purchase on a Motel & two vending machines. 

I could always fax the agreement to them, but that will cause lots of confusion if the person isn't tech savvy or doesn't have a fax machine.

My 18 yr old is just getting comfortable with using a washing machine-- so no way most of these kids even know how to use an oven or burners.  

Hey BP, Curious if any of you guys have any experience and or feedback on Sean Terry's RVM (Ringless Voicemail) Lead Machine?

I tracked down Cozy's phone number and the recording sounded like a personal recording on an answering machine that used a cassette tape ... yes, you read that right. 

Because when you do finally finish rehabbing, you have to crank the marketing machine back up again to find your next deal.
