But I think long beach has upside potential...the rents are pretty good and downtown just got renovated w' shoreline drive (there's an h&m outlet) and they are building more high rises and re-habbing the old office buildings

The labels are generally just stuck to the cover plates and that's what inspectors look for if you pull permits.The GFCIs are fairly expensive, but you only need the GFCI on the first outlet of a circuit.

So that would be one option - Home depot sells cadets that you can hardwire (recommended), but they even sell ones that can plug in to outlets too, so that would be used in the one room.

After not less than six months, start shopping for business tradelines at vendors like Home Depot, Menards, local lumber yards and hardware outlets, etc.When your entities have about a year of credit history, start looking for business credit cards if you're not already getting stuff in the snail mail about it.Like anything else, getting started is like pushing a train.

Rehab/repairs consisted of all new floors, tile over basement concrete floor, all new stainless appliances, washer and dryer, full paint job, removing drop ceiling and replacing with drywall, shed demolition, fancy kitchen faucet, granite countertop and backsplash installation (kept cabinets), new bathroom vanity, new gfci and grounded outlets by licensed electrician.
