I have challenged the housing directors over the price before and they have accommodated the max amount less the utility allowance. 

Actually, there was so much water he was able to accommodate 2 new homes that went in after theirs.  

thanks for the reply, so you are suggesting that families that air bnb a house on the lake don't always travel in packs of 10 only looking for houses that would accommodate large groups?  

Mountains, lakes, woodlands and the Tennessee River accommodate numerous recreational activities.

There have been quite a few homes in my market that are SFHs that were renovated and setup to accommodate a tenant on a different floor. 

I'll look into some places in and around Plymouth meeting that could accommodate us.  

My target wasn’t the people working industrial jobs or traveling nurses; it was executive and professional level people going to be in Phoenix area short term who were willing to pay for high end accommodations.

@Randy Johnston  yes there is a carve out for 3 a year.. and you may not hold yourself out as a lender in any fashion IE go to meetups and announce your a lender or advertise on craiglist or any other manner.this carve out for 3 a year is basically to accommodate those that lend in their IRA's. 

Are there specific lenders or loan programs that are more accommodating to self-employed individuals with variable income, even with a credit score above 700, for new construction endeavors?
