Don,I appreciate your comments and I would have said I agree up until about a year ago when I began to work with new software that did things I could not believe.I have no particular love for ZIllow and it is of no particular use to me because I have access to better information and the ability to crunch it.I'm not sure Zillow even understands AAQ or if they use it in their evaluations.What I am working on is quite viable though I expect everyone to be critical and not believe it until they see it.
