Their may be no solution to this problem but I’ve definitely noticed I can take time to write a well thought out response to a topic give over pro’s & cons of a person’s strategy and get zero upvotes and some one can come in and say it’s always a great time to buy real estate or something stupid like that an get 10 upvotes & while I don’t really care about the upvotes per se I do worry (and I know multiple people who have told me they stopped coming to the site for this reason) is becoming only a place for people to self promote and not a place for the average user to get good feedback and while I certainly spend as much time as I do here because it’s good lead gen, I also try to genuinely give good advice as do many other users, but it seems overrun with people clearly here only for lead gen and not to also contribute to the community,I’m not sure what the solution is but I worry the site is in danger becoming 90% real estate professionals and 10% normal everyday people lol.
