Unfortunately, this bank is less accommodating regarding LLC transfers.

The electrical is mostly updating electrical outlets and moving some electrical around to accommodate the new kitchen that will be installed (demo already done).

with new appliances you could negotiate increased rent or longer lease. functionality  verses new appliances ,  explaining the cost of new appliances and you are accommodating they should also.

I am guessing that if a tenant is handicapped then the tenant has to make a request for a handicap parking space and the landlord had better take some sort of action and make an effort to accommodate the tenant, or get sued for millions of dollars.

Our budget definitely wouldn’t accommodate for a bigger home in either area.

We are already Superhosts and are currently outperforming almost all others in our complex and in the area with similar accommodations.

We will be investing also for our own children so we and they can enjoy rent-free accommodations!
