How come the legal eagle Feds can’t catch Bernie Madoff and miss a million fake accounts at Wells Fargo when they can set up surveillance on my wife’s cousin who’s taking care of my house for me while i’m in Iraq?

That is a breach of our inalienable right to be free of unlawful search and seizures.Pursuant to Article 1 Section 8 of the 1874 Pennsylvania Constitution (as ratified without subsequent amendments):“The people shall be secure in their persons, houses, papers and possessions from unreasonable searches and seizures, and no warrant to search any place or to seize any person or things shall issue without describing them as clearly as may be, nor without probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation subscribed to by the affiant.”Additionally as cited below:"The right of officers to thrust themselves into a home is also a grave concern, not only to the individual but to a society which chooses to dwell in reasonable security and freedom from surveillance.

You can always setup security cameras (all around the property, not clearly in that section alone so as to alert them that they're under surveillance).

Think of the Cyber Truck from Tesla or every new version of the I phone.

We've tried the fake surveillance cameras with signs with no improvement.

One other thing that happens in cyber is that seller sell property that they don't own!

Motion lights about the best you can do....maybe a sign about video surveillance will scare off the timid. 

Tell him the police contacted you about access and have him under surveillance for his activities.

Police tell me they had my house under surveillance for 9 months for all kinds of illegal activity.
