I agree re 25-30% min required returns, it's quite speculative and concedely outside my wheelhouse but doesn't require a ton of capital and the risk looks to be relatively defined.

My realtor made the point that if the seller concedes this on moving the mobile home, that will be money they probably won't concede elsewhere in the deal (like by lowering the purchase price, etc.).This would be our second purchase with a VA loan.

If we can agree that relative to utility and performance an electric vehicle is much more attractive to a user/consumer, then we have to concede that the only limitation is the price.
