This Utah specific part of bigger pockets seems pretty stale and inactive.

I live in Utah and have one in Florida among others.Yes it will be some work (mostly during the set-up phase), but once you get things going it's really very little for the returns it produces compared to giving away 20% of your gross to a PM, imo.

I've also heard that Utah and Montana are good for anonymity.I currently live in Illinois and I have an Illinois registered LLC, but I am looking to relocate to Florida and invest in Florida, Georgia or maybe Texas.
