Yes ours does & it's a pain in the a$$ as they will send the broker pictures of 'issues' & threaten to cancel.One of the biggest issues is uneven sidewalks or cracks. even though the city owns it???

If they aren't on board you can then threaten with eviction and explain how thats a bad mark for any other future rentals.

I refused to let her have it since I have a no pet policy and she threatened to break her lease.

I've threatened eviction before, even filed the documents and had a court date, but have never made it to the hearing before now.
