Say house was rented for 255 days and rest personal (70% house rented) then 70%:30% of property tax AND mortgage interest was allocated to Schedule E:Schedule A.2) The “Fair Rental days” & “Personal use days” are blank in Schedule E and (say) 70%:30% of property tax was allocated to Schedule E:Schedule A but 30% :70% of mortgage interest was allocated to Schedule E:Schedule A.Evidently Option #2 above is more tax advantageous (results in higher refund), but can it cause a problem with the tax man?

You would need either bank statements with the account numbers blanked out, or a letter from a branch manager stating you have the funds.Pre approval letter is for any form of financing (hard money loan, private lender financing, conventional loan, FHA, VA, or anything else that requires underwriting).

To a certain extend it is easier to find a new place now and in winter than it is in spring.Rent increases are not regulated in Wisconsin (partially thanks to the RPA and their members), you just have to give them formal notice according to your lease and State law - best to use the rent increase from from Wisconsin Legal Blanks.
