In the Colorado market Loopnet is a very powerful marketing outlet.

If it is DSL, she should be connecting the phone outlet to the DSL modem, then the DSL modem to the router.

This isn't a direct reply to your question - but I saw something really cool at Home Depot today that is related- it's a temperature activated outlet plug... kicks on at like 37 degrees, and kicks off at some higher temperature, like 45 degrees - or something like that (I don't need it living in Florida, but it caught my eye!).  

You can find a lot of great zoning info for any property in the city of LA @ the tax assessor’s website: zimas.lacity.org Just search for the property’s  address  (make sure when you search by address that you only put in the address number in the first field and the street name in the second field. i.e. 1234 S Madeup Blvd would be : “1234” in first field and “Madeup” in second field.)Good luck and keep us posted on what you find out! With all the major developments happening in the North Shore of Staten Island on the waterfront (NY Wheel/Empire Outlets/URL/LightHouse Point/Bay St Corridor/The Accolade), I'm wondering if anyone on BiggerPockets is investing in Staten Islands north shore?
