well I have been to 4 of Kris events in Provo Utah, and have met several people who love his Turn Key partnering program.

Irving Texas has been a great spot for our MTR / STR clients - right between the DFW airport, Lovefield internation airport, downtown Dallas and UT Southwestern Medical Center - the largest in Dallas.

Because they likely receive government grants and funding, I'm guessing these types of facilities are highly regulated (I'm guessing many are in Utah and AZ for this reason, where there's less red tape than other states) and you'll want to learn all about the regulations in your area. 

Some that come to mind are Huntsville, Alabama; Provo, Utah; Waterloo, Iowa.
