Hey @Jon Klaus - we hit different groups at different frequencies, something like:Absentees - MonthlyOwner Occ - Every 6 to 8 weeksProbate - Hit them twice in 30 days then every 2 months for about 9 months maxWe don't stop mailing once we have our frequencies tuned in - but we do refresh each list every 6 months to get the news and drop the outdated records....

The name alone tells you it is an overpriced program teaching elementary outdated basic techniques and promising you results you will never achieve.

Everything else you learn through a guru is fluff and filler, mostly irrelevant and outdated.  

Jerry are you saying that the market, techniques, and technology has changed drastically and that a/most/all post(s) from 8 years ago are/may be outdated and no longer the best advice possible? 

I will be offering a turn key product for the same price as other homes that will need varying degrees of work or are outdated.

Some of the material is a little outdated however it may help.

They can only provide the information they have available from each individual county (however outdated it may be).For example, there is a very rural county in my state that literally takes more than a year to update their databases (it's pretty pathetic).

With the current filter, at least on my crummy, outdated browser, it allows me to select the timeframe, but not sort by time.

On March 15th the owner went over and offered April 1st as a move out date.

Most make this assumption based on zip code and out dated crime stats found online.
