Elton Lika Condo investment in Media,PA.

I hope everyone of you is doing good on pursuing real estate dream :).I wanted to take some advises from this community regarding an investment for a condo located in Media,PA.Actually i have not done any deal or got my first property until now for some reasons (and fear to be honest).I was looking around in zillow and found out a condo with a price by 70,000 (1b+1b).Searching for a FHA loan information i found out that this will be a good price for my budget but i know i will have troubles getting it because of my credit (new to this country, just 2 years). Please help me on figuring out the pros and cons on buying a condo as a real estate investment (1st property).I may use this as a place where i can stay since i am renting an apartment for more than i would pay for the mortgage. The HOA of this condo is $320...Thanks in advance and wish you all the best of luck.
