We are back and forth between Los Angeles and Detroit regularly but our clients here in Southern California, Utah and Florida etc are happily enjoying Detroit’s awesome rent to value ratios and monthly positive Cash Flow from the comfort of their own state.

Attached is a site plan that we are putting together right now for a developer in Eden, Utah that has a 3-acre parcel. 

They've moved that base I believe to Utah or Nevada or somewhere in that area.

They have offices and I believe in Arizona, Idaho, and Utah but they work all over the country. you can get a good feel for some of how he and his Partners think if you just Googled him on YouTube.

George, UT area about 4 months ago and am really excited to start investing in real estate.

I was a sophomore in college with no money, a little bit of debt, and a new wife (also a sophomore in college) that I needed to support.After grinding through 3 more years of school, I finished my business/marketing degree from a great business school in 2019 and got a job at top technology company in the Bay Area.The best thing I did during the last 4 years though was get my UT and GA real estate licenses.
