As a working business, sometimes the cost of the S Corp filings and other "stuff" just makes it more of a headache than the SE tax cost savings, especially if you have other income and its just you.I don't really run into situations where its worth donig a C Corp....We can't give out referrals on the public forum, so send me a private message if you wany my accountant.

If it's a student rental, you've missed the season for that, but they can still usually be rented to families at off peak times, but won't usually rent for as much as they will in the summer.In the mid to high 100s price point, I actually like single family homes in SE Raleigh, Knightdale and Wake Forest.
