I want an ice maker.

But I need to get the first deals or transactions done, 'to break the ice', and to see a path to replicate. 

She just slipped in the ice and broke her hip.  

When I sold most of those properties in 2017 and 2018, I also benefited from the appreciation which I had always thought of as the icing on top of the cake.I want to address some earlier comments about relying too heavily on brokers or providers for information.

Appreciation is icing on the cake but not to be counted on.

There's opportunities in multiple sectors both in and out of real estate, like the conversation I had last night with a young lady who is following her mother's footstep in Ice Cream Trucks.

The insurance portion is just icing on the cake and a perk for the family after I pass.
