I hope to acquire enough properties to supplement enough pay in rental income to leave my job to pursue flipping options or further rental possibilities.

I too have an utter loathing and hatred for bed bugs, having been eaten up by them before and then having an allergic reaction to them.

Our goal is to generate supplemental income overtime but its also important to us that the property value appreciates over time too. 

As much as I'd like to begin supplementing my income, one or even two C class buildings wouldn't be able to do that for me.
