Our company has been lending for 8 years and are very well known in our area, but it doesn't excuse how reckless people are with their information.

Why would this be reckless?

@Loch Mett At some point, we all "take a stab" at something new and by that term I do not mean in a frivolous or reckless way. 

Property damage from a reckless tenant can get costly very quick.

I can't be as reckless as I was last time lol I have three people at home depending on me.

Should start to separate the cautious from the reckless REI folks.But, data trumps feelings and empty pontifications.
