You have a unique number for each rep, and the form on the website has a hidden field that identifies which rep (I recommend Gravity Forms for this.)Sounds like a solid idea if you're giving birddogs unique pages (maybe even put their picture on that landing page for continuity). 

It was a 3/1/2 had gravity fed heat for the first floor & no heat upstairs, it had one 3/4 bathroom (that a 6 foot tall person could not stand up in the shower) and it would need to be significantly remodeled. 

You probably have a gravity septic system but have it inspected to see if there are any issues and to verify what the system is.
