In fact, I don't think such a thing exists but for the sake of argument here are a few things you seem to fail to appreciate the gravity of.My company laid of 20% of its staff in March 2020.An ungodly amount of in person services closed their doors leaving their staff (our rental pool) scrambling to pay the bills.Local governments shut down schools leaving mothers and fathers (ourselves and our rental pool) scrambling for childcare.Local governments put a moratorium on evictions for non paying tenantsSmall businesses who didn't fraudulently apply for PPP loans took a bath for years.The list goes on and on.

Some toilets have a very low level, which translate into smaller surface area at the bottom, which translate into "streak marks".There are certain brands that are infamous for great gravity flushes, but they create this incredible splash when flushed. 

We did not understand the gravity of that comment then, but I can't think of a better thing to say to a new investor.

I couple it with a standard AC condensate pump if I can’t put it in a shelf to gravity drain.

Unit B has newer forced air furnace, Unit A has an old gravity style furnace, still functional.

Some incorrectly believe it is median income that does, no, it does not, median income simply gives affordability which impacts pool and gives economic basis but it is the unit costs that lead the gravity of pricing directions.
