Now that I'm back from deployment and nearing the end of my enlistment, I'm looking to get kickstarted towards succeeding in real estate investing, so I figured I'd reintroduce myself.I'm originally from just south of Chicago, Illinois, and will be moving back to that general area once my contract with the Marines is over. 

I believe this is a good kickstart towards the ultimate goal of a happy and fulfilled life.

I also got a huge kick start by buying a 3-bedroom condo in Chicago and renting to roommates who pay my entire PITI.

Your first property is meant to be a learning experience and should kickstart your investing journey.SO...if the numbers work for you, you're happy with the cash flow, you can save plenty for repairs, you're cool with a 6 Cap, and it's in a safe neighborhood...I'd say....GO FOR IT AND JUMP IN!
