Same here in LA, everyone wants to list my house, but when I tell them I'm OK to rent for a bit, but i need at least a line up on a property with potential - it's a huge seller's market - they all go blank.

But for a few minutes its easier to just stare at the screen.

The path is not necessary linear and staring with turnkey and moving to house hacking or BRRRR or whatever is not necessarily logical.  

Any advice when dealing with the section 8 office on main St? Are

When I went to the bonus content page where all the video interviews are lined up I clicked on "Download the MP3 hoping to download it to iTunes so I can watch it when I'm out on my iPad or iPhone But it just goes to a blank screen and begins to play it like an audio file (no picture).

Case in point, we recently looked at a 4/5-unit property in Saint John, NB that was <50K, but it was going to require 80 - 120K in rehabilitation.In our areas, a quadraplex will be priced between 50-60K per unit on the low end and 100K per unit on the high end - both ends of that range are special cases that may or may/not be worth pursuing.I have not read the book in question and the target of "7 years to 7 figures" is rather arbitrary as it all depends on your staring point.  

Then you will be counting your losses as losses.Get out while you can, move into the next round of investing, recover your losses from this deal in future ones, and more profit beyond that....and please, don't rationalize this deal still can <fill in the blank here with all kinds of rationalizations>.
