While I have my place always cleaned professionally, there are still different levels of cleaning and I do not want a prospective tenant walk into the appartment and get harmed by allergic reactions.

No harm in calling them and asking.

I know on our pressure washer, there is a separate tank for soap.We normally just pressure wash with water, and its never left any type of hazzy/weird after substance!

Lots of good information here -- just remember that during last housing crash, a lot of HELOCS got frozen, useless to those who counted on them or actually harmful to those who had a big balance and had to keep paying it monthly without getting to use it as they planned.
