Here in Dallas the judges will rule in the favor of the tenant, and the landlord doesn't want the tenant to tell the judge I don't want to live where someone false accuses me of theft, and I like to move out with my full deposit refunded.

Hence, the search for a CPA versed in my needs as a US citizen complying wit all of the latest and greatest IRS forms.

I have a business address for him but have not visited him, he may be a convicted felon and you never know how these things would go, he might try to accuse me of something.
