I think the seller is yanking your chain.Even if the seller has the best of intentions they could be giving you the wrong information.This is why you go straight to the bank.First look at the first mortgage and who owns it.Is it a local,regional,or national bank??

Being raised in a lower income household, the people that surrounded us were all about "beating the system", now that I've grown and have my own family, I've realized they aren't "beating the system", it's fraud...period. 

But again, this practice is the same and the dollar amounts are up.Exit cap rates have always been assumed to be expanding at exit, but the spread between entry and exit has grown as prices have continued to rise.

My income has grown a lot since I started only a few years ago but my cost of living is about the same.  

Now the community has grown to over Ten Thousand. 

If so, then I must slow down and completely change my strategy to avoid the need for bank loans if that rug can be yanked out from under me at any time.
