Meet bankers on the golf course and get to know them socially, let them break the ice about listing REOs.As a Realtor you can approach any homeowner, in foreclosure or not, except there are special federal laws concerning foreclosures, don't go with the "I can help you in your foreclosure" stuff, just list and sell it, but again, speak to your broker.Wholesaling as an agent, look up "net listings" so, that is a real speak to your broker subject.
