If someone could explain to me the process I'd be really grateful.

Gasoline is worth about $20/gallon to me, give or take.So I may not like that they're asking me to pay $7, but in reality, it's so valuable to me to get where I need to go so easily, I'm going to pay it happily and be grateful I can get where I need to go in a comfortable vehicle with air conditioning and a podcast and my phone connected to bluetooth so I can talk to anyone I want.Getting the bank to lend me money to purchase a small business (a rental home) is so valuable. 

Most investors, even if they're uninterested in the subject property, will be grateful that you shared the deal with them.

One of which was very carful and needed too much money down(out of state lender) and one that is an absolutely blessing and I am grateful to have(local private lender who knows the area).My recommendation:Don’t spend a minute with out of state lenders.Make it your “one thing” this week get 20 referrals.

I wanted her to be my partner in the business but it just wasn't her thing.This frustrated me at first, but I had a friend that told me to be grateful that my wife trusted me enough to quit my job, and make important business decisions without her involvement.
