And if all your assets were owned free and clear, perhaps you would not need as many to sustain the life style that you have grown accustom to. 10 really good free and clear properties, the best of the best might be better than 20 properties, some good, some bad but all with mortgages.

Hello Aaron Lovett Thanks for welcoming me to the BP community, I do believe that Chattanooga is growing, in the last 4 years I've seen new roads being built and new companies moving here also the population has grown ridiculously I can tell the traffic wasn't this bad 4 years ago.

I was excited to see lots of granite and tile.Upon contacting the owner via the cell number his grown kid gave me he tells me that he paid the bank and it was not supposed to go through the sale so lines must have gotten crossed somewhere.
