Just a few days ago I watched a BP Podcast where Josh and Brandon interviewed a woman who invests out of state (in fact I think she was a Canadian who invests in the U.S.; I can't remember for sure) and doesn't use a property manager. 

Want to start the 90 day challenge and been having a lot of difficulties with getting financing as a Canadian who's taken the past two years off to travel the world, as well as having only bought and sold new developments without closing.So guess my question now is where and how do I find owner financing properties in Austin?

Hi All,I am wondering what peoples experience is with electronic rental collections for Canadian financial institutions.For example will ones such as rentalutions work with Canadian banks and credit unions?

Does anyone know of any lenders that will lend to Canadians to buy 1 or more rental properties in the 60-70% LTV range that is not hard money and reasonable rates?

Correct me if I'm wrong but this is how I see structuring my company1 set up corporation here in Canada2 use Canadian corp. to set up US C corp3 use US C corp to set up holding LLC4 use holding LLC to umbrella various state LLC's to function as company's that would be used for wholesaling, buy and holds and flips.

Reuben Royal I haven't read the book but and I'm certainly no expert but yes I do believe that's the concept I have in mind.

I am looking in Winchester, Warrenton, Culpeper, Haymarket, Gainsville, Front Royal, and Fredricksburg.

Anything you can find in Royal Oak or Berkley is a great rental area and full of yuppies types that have extra income to spend .. i doubt you can fund anything in those areas for $65 or under ..
