Yes, you need a....Or perhaps the grown up version will work better...Either way, you gotta clear out the roots or it will keep coming back with a vengeance! 

As our portfolio has grown, I'm beginning to consider what a mess it would be to have someone else disposition our assets to help care for our children if something where to happen to the wife and I.

As far as Tacoma goes, it appears to be a much better investment opportunity, Tacoma has consistently grown, and the city that used to be known for crime, no longer carries that title.

If you have roots that have grown to a larger diameter, it has been a much longer term issue that can easily break a lot of pipe, making it un-serviceable.

Thanks...I haven't been back home in over 20 years..i live in Minnesota for 15 yrs before going to Vegas .I'm sure a lot has changed...I don't look forward to moving back there tho...I've grown fond of the Midwest and West Coast...but more so the WC...it gets to cold up here!
