They owe me one tenants rent and were supposed to reimburse a second tenant for deducting two rents instead of one.

My end take away was that legally I'm not responsible however if I'd like to provide good customer service I may choose to support my tenant to get reimbursed as well as communicate amongst the owners and property management company.
