I will check into the culture/laws of short sales here more deeply and put an expiration in my offers as well.

I absolutely love to experience new food and cultures, and love to cook on a regular basis as well.

Mission accomplished....I am going to treat myself to a fancy steak dinner to celebrate....

Scottsdale has also been a spot that celebrities are attracted to because of the extremely high standard of living.Price per square foot has really shot back up in the last couple of years but if you had the money to invest after the 2008 crash (2009-2012), it was an incredible opportunity.  

In between in pretty much nothing but desert.Reno and Las Vegas also have two very different cultures and environments.What I hear from talking to people and looking at properties online is that there are many properties available and still good deals to be had, but the overall market has not recovered as quickly or as strongly from the downturn as Northern Nevada.

He also tried to jazz up the place during open houses by placing pictures of his band and himself on the walls like he was some great celebrity and thus everyone should snatch up his houses.I remember walking through one of the kitchens where vinyl sheeting had been laid down.
