If there still firm on keeping see if you can get them to get there own insurance policy and name you so that if someone get insured your not responsible and have them also put that in writing, if your not happy with that solution you can start to explore your options on getting them out or wait until the currently lease expires , keep your fingers crossed and deal with then.
