Had they spent extra money related to preserving the property (water,etc) that I would re-imburse but I don't know what you do besides leave with that kind of fire.

We also handle ordering of all supplies/consumables, manage the cleans and trash pick up and minor repairs and get reimbursed monthly. 

These young punks kept saying "good job" like a little pat on the head after they asked for a letter of explanation when I reimbursed someone a few dollars.
